Η ΚΑΝΟΝΙΚΟΤΗΤΑ ΜΑΣ ΕΧΕΙ ΞΕΠΕΡΑΣΕΙ.

Τις τελευταίες μέρες ζούμε μια συνεχή αντίφαση. Το πρωί δουλειά, το βράδυ «εξέγερση». Μια εξέγερση, η οποία πυροδοτήθηκε από την εν ψυχρώ δολοφονία του Αλέξη Γρηγορόπουλου από την Αστυνομία. Η δολοφονία και η έκρηξη αντιδράσεων που ακολούθησε, δεν είναι τυχαία. Είναι το καταλυτικό γεγονός για να εκδηλωθεί μια κατάσταση, της οποίας οι συνθήκες είχαν από καιρό διαμορφωθεί.
Αυτές οι συνθήκες έχουν να κάνουν τόσο με την οικονομική κρίση, την ασφαλιστική απορρύθμιση και γενικότερα την εργασιακή αναδιάρθρωση, όσο και με τις εκπαιδευτικές μεταρρυθμίσεις, την εντατικοποίηση σε όλα τα στάδια της ζωής μας και τη λεηλασία του χώρου και του χρόνου μας. Και δεν είναι μόνο αυτές. Η εποχή των πρώτων κατακτήσεων του εργατικού κινήματος δεν έχει να ζηλέψει σε τίποτα τα σημερινά μας βιώματα, όπως τη πρακτική ακύρωση των αυτονόητων εργασιακών δικαιωμάτων, την περιστολή των ατομικών ελευθεριών, την προσπάθεια μετατροπής της κοινωνίας σε ένα «κομματιασμένο πάζλ» ανασφάλειας, σύγχυσης, τρομοϋστερίας και καταστολής. Τα εργασιακά δικαιώματα του χθες γίνονται αντικείμενο διεκδικήσεων του σήμερα.
Αν μη τι άλλο διανύουμε την εποχή της εντατικοποίησης της παραγωγής, των ελαστικών σχέσεων εργασίας, του αφορισμού του συλλογικού και της εξύμνησης του ατομικού σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Η απώλεια της ταυτότητας των εργαζομένων μέσα στην παραγωγική διαδικασία είναι η λογική συνέπεια της όλο και πιο εντεινόμενης απαίτησης των αφεντικών για έναν εργαζόμενο – «χαμαιλέοντα», που ευέλικτα προσαρμόζεται στις όποιες συνθήκες μισθωτής εκμετάλλευσης. Μια εκμετάλλευση που δεν διστάζει να νομιμοποιεί εργασιακές σχέσεις ενοικιαστών – ενοικιαζομένων, ρίχνοντας το εργατικό δυναμικό σε μια επισφαλή αγορά εργασίας. Το πιο ακραίο κομμάτι αυτής είναι αυτό της μαύρης και ανασφάλιστης εργασίας που συντηρείται κατά κόρον από μετανάστες.
Παράλληλα, ως εργαζόμενοι καλούμαστε να πληρώσουμε τα σπασμένα μιας οικονομικής κρίσης. Κρίση που οφείλεται στην κατά το πλείστον αδυναμία μας να επιδείξουμε μια διαπρεπή καταναλωτική συμπεριφορά, ενώ καλούμαστε να σηκωνόμαστε σούζα στις προσταγές των αφεντικών και να αρκούμαστε στα ψίχουλα του βασικού μισθού. Και όχι μόνο. Δεν φτάνει που μας κλέβουν την εργατική μας δύναμη, μας επιβαρύνουν με φορομπηχτικές πολιτικές προκειμένου να μπαλώσουν τα ελλείμματα ενός κρατικού προϋπολογισμού που δεν εξυπηρετεί τα συμφέροντα των εργαζομένων. Και ενώ ο κοινωνικά αναγκαίος χρόνος εργασίας έχει μειωθεί, οι εργατοώρες όλο και αυξάνονται με τους ίδιους ακριβώς ρυθμούς που αναπαράγεται και αυξάνεται ένα περιθωριοποιημένο κομμάτι, αυτό των ανέργων. Συνοψίζοντας, προκειμένου να παγιωθούν οι σχέσεις εκμεταλλευτή – εκμεταλλευόμενου, δημιουργείται η ψευδαίσθηση του «κοινού συμφέροντος», ενώ στη πραγματικότητα όλοι δουλεύουμε για το καλό του αφεντικού.

Ο τίτλος του κειμένου δεν είναι τυχαίος. Μέσα στις στάχτες του καταστροφικού αυθορμητισμού των τελευταίων ημερών, αναγνωρίζουμε την δύναμη των «από τα κάτω» να ορίζουν τη δημόσια σφαίρα και να δημιουργούν οι ίδιοι τα κοινωνικά πλαίσια μέσα στα οποία θα λειτουργούν. Εν τέλει, όλα τώρα αρχίζουν. Γιατί δεν είμαστε απλά οι παραγωγοί του κοινωνικού πλούτου, αλλά ο ίδιος ο κοινωνικός πλούτος. Είμαστε αυτοί που διατηρούμε τη συνοχή της κοινωνίας και διασφαλίζουμε τη βιωσιμότητα της. Και είμαστε πιο επικίνδυνοι από ποτέ, γιατί αποκτούμε όλο και περισσότερο επίγνωση της δύναμης μας. Γι’ αυτό προτάσσουμε:

- Άμεσο μπλοκάρισμα της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας

- Κοινωνικούς μισθούς ανεξαρτήτου απασχόλησης για να ζούμε όλοι αξιοπρεπώς και να ακυρωθεί στη πράξη ο διαχωρισμός που προωθεί η εργοδοσία του Κράτους και του Κεφαλαίου

- Κοινωνική ασφάλιση για όλους

- Δημιουργία εστιών αυτοοργανωμένου συλλογικού αγώνα σε κάθε εργασιακό χώρο

- Ενάντια στον γραφειοκρατικό συνδικαλισμό της κρατικής «συντεχνίας», που λέγεται ΓΣΕΕ – ΑΔΕΔΥ. Ας τη βυθίσουμε!

REALITY IS AN ILLUSION.
NORMALITY IS BEYOND US.

During the last days we live in a constant contradiction. Work during the mornings, "insurrection" in the nights. An insurrection triggered by the cold blood murder of Alexis Grigoropoulos by the police. The murder and the explosion of the reactions that followed were not accidental events. It was the catalyst that brought to the fore a situation whose conditions were formed some time ago.

These conditions have much to do with the economic situation, the insurance deregulation, the education reforms and the intesification of our lives in every aspect, the plundering of our space and time. And it's not just these conditions. The era of the first victories of the workers' movement isn't much different from our experiences, with the actual annulment of basic work rights, the curtailment of the personal freedoms, the attempt to turn society into a "fragmented puzzle" of insecurity, confusion, terror-hysteria end repression. The working rights of yesterday are becoming object of dispute for today's struggles.

We are living in an era of intesification of production, of elastic working conditions, the rejection of the collective spirit, and the glorification of the individualism in every level. The loss of the workers' identity inside the production process is the logical outcome of the always intesifying demand of the boss for a worker-"chameleon", that adapts with ease in any condition of wage exploitation. An exploitation that doesn't shrink from legalizing workers who are in reality rented, from throwing the working force into a precarious workers' market. The more extreme part of this uninsured work is atlarge the immigrants.

Simultaneously, as workers we are called to pay for the economic crisis. A crisis that is mostly caused by our inability to exert a shining consuming behaviour, while remaining docile to the commands of the bosses, and contented with crumblings of the basic wage. And it's not just that. Not only do they steal our working power, they overwhelm us with tax-plundering to cover the deficits of a national budget that does not serve the interests of the workers. And while the socially necessery working time is on the wane, our working hours keeping growing up in direct proportion to the rhythm that a stratum on the margins of society is growing and reproducing -- the jobless. To summarize, to solidify the relationships of exploiters-exploited the illusion of a "common interest" is created, while in reality we all work for the interest of the boss.

The title of our text is not accidental. From the ashes of last days' destructive spontaneity, we recognize the power of those "from below" to define the public sphere and create the social frame in which to function. We are not just the producers of the social wealth, we are the social wealth itself. We are the ones who keep the cohesion in society and ensure its viability. As we acquire awareness of our power, we are becoming more dangerous than ever.

We propose:

- immediate blocking of the production process.

- social wages regardless of occupation, to live in decency, and to annul the separations promoted by the State and the Capital.

- social insurance for all

- creation of poles of self-organized collective struggle in every working sector.

- Against the bureaucratic syndicalism of the state "guild" that is GSEE-ADEDY. Bring it down!

La realtà è una illusione

La normalità ci ha superati

Questi ultimi giorni stiamo vivendo una continua contraddizione. Il mattino al lavoro e la notte alla “rivolta”. Una rivolta che è stata detonata dal’assassinio “a sangue freddo” di Alexis Grigoropoulos dalla polizia. L’assassinio e le reazioni che sono seguite non sono casuali. L’assassinio è stato il catalizzatore che ha sprigionato forze accumulate già da qualche tempo.

Le condizioni cha hanno formato queste forze sono connesse con la crisi economica, la deregulation del sistema pensionistico, la riforma scolastica, una maggiore pressione che sentiamo in tutti i settori della nostra vita e il saccheggio del nostro spazio e del nostro tempo. E questo non è tutto. La nostra esperienza vissuta di oggi è paragonabile al periodo delle prime lotte del movimento operaio. Stiamo vivendo l’abolizione nella prassi dei diritti lavorativi, la sospensione delle libertà individuali, il tentativo di frammentare la società, tramite l’incertezza, la confusione, la paura e la repressione. I diritti lavorativi di ieri diventano le rivendicazioni di oggi.

Se non altro, stiamo attraversando l’epoca dell’intensificazione della produzione, della flessibilità, della deprecazione del collettivo e dell’esaltazione dell’individuale a tutti i livelli della vita. La perdita dell’identità dei lavoratori nell’interno del processo produttivo è la conseguenza logica dello sforzo, che si fa sempre più insistente, da parte dei padroni di trasformarci in lavoratori-“camaleonti”, i quali devono adattarsi nelle condizioni dello sfruttamento salariato. Uno sfruttamento che trasforma i lavoratori in oggetti da affittare e spinge la forza-lavoro in mercato del lavoro molto precario la cui la forma estrema, è rappresentata dal lavoro nero; un regime a cui sono sottoposti soprattutto gli immigrati.

Parallelamente in quanto lavoratori siamo chiamati di pagare i danni provocati dalla crisi economica; una crisi dovuta perlopiù nella nostra incapacità di “adempiere i nostri doveri come consumatori” mentre siamo chiamati ad obbedire ciecamente ai comandamenti dei padroni e a limitarci alle briciole del salario minimo. E questo non è tutto. Come se non bastasse che siamo derubati delle nostre capacità, inoltre siamo gravati di imposte e siamo chiamati a coprire il deficit di un bilancio che è contro gli interessi dei lavoratori. Mentre il tempo socialmente utile necessario è diminuito l’orario di lavoro viene prolungato e, di conseguenza, le file dei disoccupati crescono. Riassumendo: per consolidare il rapporto tra sfruttatore e sfruttato, si crea l’illusione del “bene comune” mentre, in realtà, tutti stiamo lavorando per il bene del padrone.

Il titolo di questo documento non è casuale. Nelle fiamme accese dallo spontaneismo distruttivo degli ultimi giorni si intravede la forza della “base” di definire la sfera pubblica e di creare gli ambiti sociali entro i quali intende operare. In fine dei conti, tutto comincia adesso. Poiché, noi non siamo solamente i produttori della ricchezza sociale ma siamo la ricchezza sociale. Siamo quelli che mantengono la coesione della società e assicuriamo la sua capacità di esistere. Siamo più pericolosi che mai perché stiamo acquisendo sempre di più coscienza della nostra forza. Per questi motivi proponiamo:

– Blocco immediato del processo produttivo

– Salario sociale per tutti per garantire a tutti una vita dignitosa e per annullare nella prasi le divisioni che promuovono lo Stato e il Capitale

– Previdenza pubblica per tutti

– Creazione di nuclei autorganizzati di lotta collettiva in tutti i posti di lavoro contro la burocrazia sindacale
